Last year as well as Alternator and globe replacement ( Around $1500) Normans fitted heavier wire to my existing Anderson plug and reversed the polarity by mistake. When plugged in it burnt out the fridge and some of the caravan wiring. We sent photos of incorrect plug polarity and burnt wiring but the owner denies any liability and offered no compensation. The man was rude, and condescending during our discussions and had no regard for the stressful situation he put us in. His work place is a tip and safety hazard. A reputable business does not operate this way. BEWARE

Do not go here. Will cost you 3 time more and stuff you around with bull and try and sell you things you don't need . Iv found someone else at 10% of the price who knows the guys well
