Paid over $100 for clipper blades to be sharpened, came back worse than what they went in. Had to take to a professional to fix what this business had done and was told they were totally blunt and hadn't been touched. Also only cost $60 elsewhere and now work amazing.

All the staff are Very Helpful. We went to see them for key broken into lock. They show me how to take the lock out and take it to their shop. I Took the lock out and they took the broken key out for me. And it was FREE!!!! Simple advise saved my $100. Thanks staff at Norm Hyatt you have won my heart....

I can't believe the tenants have lost yet another set of keys what the hell, Norm Hyatt needs to be on speed dial, this is the second set in 6mths, then she has the hide to ask if i could change the locks incase someone finds them, HMMMM yes well. Great service each time and thanks for the prompt calling.
