I recently had the pleasure of using Norm Eacott Removals & Storage, and I can honestly say they are very professional. We had an inspection, then a quote, and the right trucks were booked. It is stressful enough to have a move, but the team were amazing. Checked damage before loading items, fast, efficient and caring of items. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time, worked tirelessly, and handled all my belongings with great care — even the fragile items were packed and transported without a scratch. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Nothing damaged, all arrived safely. They went beyond to help and we really appreciated everything, they did. I would always use a removalist and never try to do this ourselves it was worth every it. ⭐Rating:★★★★★ (5/5) Would I recommend them? I could not believe how quickly they packed up and delivered a mountain of possessions with happy dispositions under quite difficult conditions. I would happily recommend them to anyone considering a move.

Klynt and the boys were fabulous, professional, friendly. Our move was handled seamlessly, we needed storage for a week, no problems, when we needed the delivery no problems. We had one item that had to be delivered seperately, no problems, Klynt brought it down personally. Thank you all for your great ethics.
