I think Jim and Skip must be reviewing a different NORCO. I've gone to NORCO Bellingen for years, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Extremely poor service and the owner is very rude. Friends had advised me not to go there because she is renowned for being arrogant but I thought I'd give them a go and make my own mind up about them. Never again will I step into that place (not that they'll care) I feel sorry for the employees who have to work in such a miserable environment, day in, day out.

Have to beg to get served. Won't bother to go back.

CommBank was down and as a result, couldn’t take out money at the atm. All we needed was a bag of poultry grain to get through the night, but we couldn’t create an account to pay later. As a customer that spends hundreds of dollars a week on average with these guys, I’m beyond disappointed. Definitely won’t be back (not that it will affect their business). I feel like we obviously don’t spend enough there for our business to be worth their time. Some of the staff are personable while some scoff at you (usually the owner).
