Unfortunately you can only contact this practice by phone, and I hung up after 7min on hold. Busy after Christmas though I confess. I wanted to advise them that you should advise people int he first pop up they can only book a Telehealth appointment over the phone rather than have them go through the process to find it out.

I had an appointment at 9am, arrived at 8.50am and checked in with staff, I was not greeted with a warm welcome, after 30 minutes I enquired as to why people were going in before me, and I got a response ....................... Did you check in with us when you arrived to which I said yes, then after a few minutes of silence, I got the oops that is my fault I did not check you in. People make mistakes I get that, but it is your job to do this simple task. I watched other people go in before me, and even the doctor sort of looked at me funny as to why I was still sitting there. I waited days to get this appointment and it was urgent. Bitterly dissapointed, I will find a doctors surgery that cares for their patients and engages with them if there could be possible issues or delays.

I found the receptionist when I phoned very abrupt and impatient. After 2 phone calls to the same receptionist, I drive to the practice to sort it out. I assume I had the same receptionist because again a rudeness in the tone of her voice and in that she said. No apologies to the problem caused by the practice after providing proof of the issue and then she serviced 4 other clients by ignoring me before other receptionist took over. Poor first impression of the practice! Please train the receptionists!

Dr Ashley. Worst experience ever, he looked at the computer screen and typed the entire time I was telling him my symptoms, he looked like he hated being there and was bored out of his mind, not friendly at all. I complained of severe pain in my head that what felt like a tick or spider bite of some sort, he looked through my hair for less than 3 secs and said “nope I don’t see anything- there’s nothing there” I woke up the next day with a huge headache and a massive lump where the pain was coming from. I had my mother take a closer look and there was a huge tick stuck to my scalp. So thanks doc for really taking the time and helping me, I won’t ever return. Waste of time.
