Changed to this vet after having a couple of bad experiences elsewhere. Have been bringing my dog here for over 6 years now. Always a great experience and I can get an appointment after work instead of having to take time off.

Had our beloved feline come here for his checkups for years. Found him ill one day and we thought snake bite, and ran him straight in to the vets. They tested him for a number of things and could not find the problem. He had to stay in for care and we had to pick him up every afternoon and run him out to the 24hr vet surgery for night stay. Things were looking up and they rang us to say we could pick him up that he was fine, only to get there and I discovered he had internal bleeding so they suggested putting him down. I was a complete mess. $1400 later, all paid for prior to leaving the surgery. A month later to receive a bill for putting him down. I was mortified at their lack of compassion. We shelled out that money because they said they could save him and he would be ok. I haven't been back to this vets since, and we had been regulars for many years.
