Our goal at Nicholl Constructions is to ensure the longevity of our company through repeat and referred business. Our timeliness, attention to detail and service-minded attitudes ensure our work is highly sought-after.

Our professional team of employees and contractors are encouraged to abide by appropriate working practices, from a code of conduct to safety policies. All work is in line with the relevant Australian Standard for the project, and our site supervisor regularly inspects the work conducted by our tradespeople and contractors.

Based in Alice Springs, we love to support the local contractor and supplier network, which we hope will continue to build the strength of the Alice Springs and Central Australian communities. As we work with these contractors and suppliers on a regular basis, we have built a strong relationship based on a mutual desire to provide the best work possible.

Nicholl Constructions constantly inspects work during the construction stage, so we pay close attention to customised requirements. We have completed an extensive range of both residential and commercial work, and we are able to establish a job plan to minimise the impact to your home or business.
As well as providing a high level of excellence in design and construction, we also wish to minimise our impact on the environment. Nicholl Constructions purchases as much local material as possible, in an effort to minimise the need for transport of products. A solar panel power system has been installed on our workshop, with the hope of reducing our carbon footprint.
