Nextra Raymond Terrace

I went into the store earlier today to shop and I found that the staff very rude and ignorant. I went back into the shop to return the product that we found in a different store for cheaper, however, they would not give us a refund but he said that he could exchange it for a different product. A few minutes later when we went to exchange it for a different product he firmly said no and that we could not exchange it. I found this very rude and I will not be shopping at this store again.
