TERRIBLE experience. They arrived at the wrong address and starting working on the wrong roof( my roof) . I arrived home and noticed a worker on my roof with many tiles removed and partially repointed . I asked him to stop work and advised it was the wrong house. He drove off leaving my roof partially exposed to the weather. It took about 10 phone calls and took 5 days for them to return and rectify the damage that they incorrectly caused to my property. Although, the rectification work was excellent, but attention to detail of address and urgency to rectify was laughable...OMG

Arrange an inspection on a Terracotta Tile Roof for replacement of Flashing and some pointing, Company was told it was a Terracotta roof when appointment was made. They turned up for inspection and my wife was told they do not work on Terracotta tiled roofs. Very unprofessional service.

Newcastle Roofing professionals were fantastic. Their communication on the time that tradesmen would be here was excellent. They sent me emails and texts confirming times including a text just prior to his arrival. I live in a very high two storey house with a leaking roof affecting my bedroom ceiling every time it rained. They were quick, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

Great team here at Newcastle roofing. From start to finish they got the job done in a timely manner and a professional manner. Great example when they came into the house they always took their shoes off, I know its not really relevant but these little experiences made working with these guys amazing. Obviously the roof looks great and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Highly recommend Newcastle Roofing

Be very careful when using this company - they do not respond to emergency call out even when the incident is from their defective work. What started as small leak from storm damage, after having this company supposedly fix the roof has escalated into major water damage throughout the roof and ceiling of the property. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOUR ROOF HAS BEEN REPAIRED!! The advertisement by this company is misleading consumers.
