Thank you to Mark and Di for all you have done for the Bartley family over the past years our pets mean the world to us on the day of our beautiful Lily’s passing do unexpected we bought her to you and you showed us compassion respect love and kindness everything a family need at the time of the loss of their family pet but most of all you showed us that you understood our feelings the sadness we all had it was a extremely hard day for us all but without people like you in this world our world would be empty thanks so much for allowing us to spend as much time as we wanted to with our lily and for taking care of her you are both wonderful people. How do I know I am receiving my pet ?

With 37 years experience we have perfected a system to ensure you receive your loved one home safe & sound. We have a 10 step process that documents the pick up, arrival and return of your pet.
