About New Lambton Service Centre

If your car isn't running correctly bring it in for a complete service at New Lambton Service Centre. We offer affordable logbook servicing on all cars, from Kias to Ferraris and everything in-between. We specialise in general servicing for prestige cars, European models and Lexus cars. Our motor mechanics have been providing Newcastle with quality car, tyre and battery servicing since 2000, so you can trust our knowledge of all makes and models. General servicing, brake and suspension checks, as well as gearbox and clutch repairs, are just some of the services we can provide at our Newcastle mechanics. We are also authorised to perform rego inspections and can carry out any repairs to bring your car up to standard. At New Lambton Service Centre we can also fit new wiper blades, top-up oils and lubricants, and carry out general tune-ups. We also supply tyres and wheels of all brands, as well as Exide batteries. Michael was absolutely amazing. I’m from out of the area and not a regular customer, staying here through a family emergency. He got me in, assessed and back on the road within 24 hours once told of the situation. Repairs were top notch and there was no b.s to worry about. Highly recommend!

Now my Mercedes is out of warranty I could finally take it to a garage for its annual service. Paying $500 for an oil change was getting to me! These guys were so nice to deal with - they rearranged their schedule so I didn't need to wait too long; the cost was reasonable; and they have good manners! They were able to book me in fairly quickly too. Recommended.

Talk about being unprofessional!!! They had my car all day for a service and a pink slip. After paying $220 for the service, which they were very happy to take, they told me they could not pass it for a pink slip. When I asked how much it would cost to get my car fixed for the slip they replied "I don't know but it wont be happening here". Rude and arrogant!!!! The following day I went to another mechanic where my car was passed in a manner of minutes. I was told I had a small engine leak and a price to fix it as soon as I could. I can only recommend New Lambton Service Centre to people who want to be over charged and treated like a third rate citizen. In summary, this was the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. 22 years in business? I'm surprised they lasted 2.
