Booked them in to come look at my computer as it was running slow. They turned up on time and not only fixed my problem but cleaned my computer up, helped me put an anti-virus on my computer and my daughters laptop she got for Christmas. Helped her out by looking at her computer as well.

Could not be happier with the service that I received yesterday afternoon. The tech was right on time and knew exactly what the problem with my computer was and fixed it straight away, made sure it worked properly and cleaned it up a bit. Highly recommended.

Booked in a service at 3pm and come home early from work. Is nearly 5pm and still no show up. Tried calling numerous times and no answer. This is the second time Nerds DownUnder have let me down and could not recommend this business to anyone. It took 10 mins on the phone for them to get my address and ph number??? Wtf????
