Their range of tiles is awesome, and their customer service is first class. Rosa has an extensive knowledge of their products, and has a particularly good eye for colour what goes together and was so helpful with tile ideas and choice. I would recommend them to anyone one.

We had the same experience as previous posters, (we thought it was just us). As there are no prices online, we drove down from Brisbane only to find that once we selected our tiles that there was some extra cost added to the quote, which was not once mentioned when we were getting help to select the tiles we wanted/asking re stock etc. More transparency of the actual price to get the tile would go a long way in making your customers not feel ripped off. I can understand an extra freight charge for some exotic tile which you got in especially just for us but it's a bit much if it is on top of all the tile advertised price in store. Been to 4 other tile stores and none of them do this and it's not like the prices at Nerang tile are more affordable than theirs. Also there was a longer wait time to even get them in compared to other stores. Perhaps there could be some signage in store and on your webpage to avoid disappointment after waiting in line on a busy Saturday and driving 2 hours

Nerang Tiles has an award winning tile showroom on the Gold Coast at 83 Lawrence Drive Nerang QLD 4211 with over six thousand ceramic and porcelain tiles on display suitable for all applications and budgets. We do carry and loan samples of all of our products to assist with colour selection. Please check for sample availability at the time of borrowing.
