Our choice of a sheet splash back for our new kitchen was discontinued. So two days before Christmas, we were at Nelson Bay Tile House seeking help. Jenell, unfazed and totally professional, helped us organise a tile alternative. Not only did we achieve the effect we wanted, the result was stunning! (I was so delighted that I returned with photos to show Jenell and other staff). At least 5 stars!

Our local Tile House has a large selection of the latest tiles and if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they try and source it from somewhere else. I have been guided by Deb and Jenelle on a few occasions and their knowledge about tiles and design has been a great help. With Nelson Bay Tiles you’re able to get the expensive look but at a reasonable price and that’s why we always try to shop locally. Adele and Peter Marshall
