They answered our questions thoroughly and they genuinely listened to what our expectations were as sellers. Heath took the time to have a really good look at our property and then advise us on the best way forward to achieve the results we were hoping for. On behalf of my mum, I want to say a BIG thank you to Heath and the team at Nelson Bay Real Estate. They are a team of experts who certainly know their stuff! A big database of buyers meant that they had people lined up to see it the second it went on the market. They sold mum's house in less than an hour, 40 minutes to be exact and for a terrific price.
