I worked with Neil Barker Lending Solutions to organise purchase of my first home and land package. Mia Brown was thorough and always responded quickly to my enquiries which made for a very positive experience. Even though I was based in Townsville, the distance was not a barrier with frequent communication via email and phone. When I didn't understand something (which was regularly) Mia was happy to explain. Prior to engaging with Neil Barker and the team, I had met with the bank I had been using for 20 years but was only provided options that were not suitable to reaching my goals.
