Natural Nails & Waxing Cairns Central Shopping Centre

I had a pedicure and manicure plus chrome nail polish applied to my fingernails by a foam pad at extra expense, in the Cairns store on 5th November 2022. This treatment was similar to the application of shellac. By the evening the chrome nail coating was separating from the undercoat at the tips of my nails. By the next day on some nails the coating was peeling off and by the following day most nails had lost their chrome coating altogether. I was unable to reattend the salon as I was returning to Brisbane the following morning. I photographed my nails on the 6th of November (date stamped photos), with the intention of requesting a refund from the salon. I was unable to contact the salon until the 13th Nov. I was informed that I had no recourse as I had left the time frame too long to report the problem. I explained that I had dated photographic evidence of my nails from 6th Nov and that I would like to speak with a manager. She, Angela was to phone me today. No call so far
