Excellent service. I received info on time of arrival from the office. The tech, Stuart, ran through the process and answered my questions. He also left a pamphlet outlining 'what to expect' after treatment.

I'm thoroughly impressed with Natpest's service from start to finish! Booking an appointment was easy, and the entire process leading up to the actual appointment date was smooth and hassle-free. The pest control technician who attended to my issue was absolutely fantastic - professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. What really put my mind at ease was knowing that their products are pet and baby friendly, which was a huge concern for me as I have two fur babies at home. I was also impressed that they conducted a thorough final inspection before completing the job and didn't take payment until the report summary is completed. As a first-time customer, I was blown away by the level of service I received. I'm already looking forward to working with Natpest again in the future - highly recommended!
