unfortunately after purchased new car , l have bad experience for the after sale with service department after twice l took car to them they haven't solve the Pro problem then l was wasting my time for full day the can't fixed the drive day light when l ask them why you can't fixe this problem because we have 300 cars have to service for 1 day ....l think this not appropriate answer to customer and finally the service manager come to talk to me because the technician have sore arm can do the job....this make very bad image for such as big company as Toyota hopelly Toyota Company has to advice the service department doing the right thing to customer...after sales
