mycar Tyre & Auto Smithfield

Rolled up here in my cheap car with a basic flat tire and bought the cheapest replacement. They treated me as if I was Prince Charles needing a complete rebuild of the Rolls. Absolutely recommend.

I had a puncture needing repair however my tyres were still under warranty and so I had it replaced. Thanks to Lance and his team and my partner who took care of this for me while I was at work. Great customer service.

Had a flat tyre at Smithfield Shopping Center yesterday. I went Mycar for help. The tyre was not repairable so they changed the tyre with my spare. I asked them for the bill and they said no charge. They were very busy and still took time out to help us, which was greatly appreciated. Outstanding service considering no purchase. I would recommend Mycar Smithfield to anyone looking for genuine customer service.

Great service and thorough mechanics

Fast, efficient and economical. We were told from an authorised dealership that a problem would take around 2 weeks to book in for analysis, then about 3 weeks to book in to get repaired. We took it to MyCar, who analysed the problem that day, and it was fixed 3 working days later. The work was at least $100 cheaper than when we had the same thing done previously by the authorised dealership, where we originally bought the car.

These blokes rock. Have been taking my cars there for 5 years and they have provided nothing but top level service for our Luxxy and Getz. Can not recommend enough ...well done to the team keep it up. P. Jackson Smithfield.

Lance cannot do enough to help you when you need to use the services at Mycar. I'm sure he must reflect the attitudes of all who work in the business. I felt completely confident in following his advice about a concern I had with my car on Friday 9th of July, 2021.

Had all 4 tyres chaged today. Was contacted by Lance who made me aware that the tyres that l ordered were not in stock but he offered me an upgrade for the same cost. Thanks Lance. Friendly and efficient service. I'll be back for sure.

I took my car to my car Smithfield for a safety check Car has been owned by me since new. The mechanic said water pump is leaking and needs a belt , was unable to actually show me the leak when pressed became flustered. Still could not show me the leak. Also stated front discs were 3mm thinner than spec. And that rear brake pads were 30% left, also steering wheel cover was loose and small star on windscreen which I can’t see unless it’s a chip about 2mm outside the sweep of wipers in which case it’s legal and not a safety issue, also that rear shocks were leaking at the top, in defiance of gravity it would seem , I took my vehicle to another safety inspection station and indicate these issues , the mechanic said that these issues were completely not present and that all brake components were in spec and no leaks were detected from the water pump or shock absorbers it’s a complete mystery eh? Passed safety inspection no problems at this new mechanic and car is 9.5/10 condition.

I’ve been coming to this same shop for years - the staff are always so friendly and helpful, and have always managed to fit me in with sometimes short notice. Jake specifically went above and beyond for me and spent the time to explain car technicalities in lingo I understood so I save my money I’m the long run. Thank you guys, always amazing!

Booked in for a service at 8.30am was told it would be ready around 12.30. Was all done by 10.15am. Got a Txt, picked up car and paid with my flybys. Very happy
