Not happy with the service provided. 4 hours and 40 minutes to get 4 new tyres fitted. Car was booked about a week in advance, and I was on time for my appointment. I made it clear I didn't want a certain brand of Tyre. About 3 hours after dropping off my car, I received a call to say they couldn't find the tyres I had selected. So, I had to settle for the very brand of tyres I did not want.. Apparently these tyres are more expensive, but were provided at the same price as the ones I originally requested. If my car wasn't already on the hoist minus its wheels, I would have driven away, and gone elsewhere. I've had new tyres fitted before, but never had to wait so long. I will not be using your service again. Very poor customer service

We called into MyCar in Alice Springs as a part had come loose of our rental while in Alice. Having no tools available we called into MyCar and without hesitation the part was put back into place. Great customer service from someone who genuinely likes helping people. You can't manufacture this ! Well done guys and I wish you all the best with your business.

Recently had my Mitsubishi 2011 Lancer serviced at 140,000 kilometres, at Mycar AliceSprings for the second time. Brad and his team coud not have been more helpful and professional, even checking my car after i had left the boot open and the multi information metre switch was disabled. A great job, great peace of mind when long distances need to be covered. Thanks guys, you are doing a marvellous job.
