OMG awesome people, needed a quick rwc for my caravan & they we’re booked out but still went out of their way to squeeze me in…THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Tash, who I spoke with on the phone was SO helpful. Even though my request was short notice and they weren't able to fit me in, she went out of her way to help me find someone who could. She rang me back when she said she would. She also gave me some really helpful advice, even though they weren't making any money off me. This is the sort of old fashioned service you don't see so much anymore. I hope this business goes from strength to strength. Thank you again Tash, you really helped us out.

Bad service, they do not keep you updated on progress, they dont contact immediately when they need approval for orders they just wait till you call them. have to keep calling to find out when they are returning to fix after they pull parts off, deceiving customers saying parts are ordered 3 days after pulling parts off, didn't order till 2 weeks later. Web says open 7 days yet when ask to collect old parts saturday morning as they only ordered the evening before so can find alternate means of repair am told not open till monday.

Tony was great! I rang in the morning and he was at my house that afternoon. Even rang to let me know that he was running a bit behind schedule. Very professional and knows his stuff. Had my car up and running within about 20-30 min of being there.

Tony was excellent. I couldnt start mycar today , he arrived just over 30 mins from the call.. Diagnosed the problem, fixed my car within just minutes. Highly professional, good communication and reliable.

I would say that Tony was a lifesaver. it was Sunday of a long weekend, I had driven up from Sunshine Coast and my vehicle broke down. Tony kept me informed in a most professional manner, about when he would be able to meet up. got me going and gave me some valuable advice about my car. Thankyou very much for the great service Tony.
