Used Mr Waterbed for over 10 years now, only needed to shop there 3 times during that period thanks to the quality of the supplies. Had problems with the courier on the latest order that multiple emails and calls to them didn't fix. Called Mr Waterbed, left a message, 20 minutes later got a call back and he fixed all the problems and even helped me with an extra request. Quality supplies and helpful friendly service. Anywhere you are in Australia, Mr Waterbed is the place to use.
