What a remarkable life-changing service! I recently experienced trauma & heavy emotion during my horse’s medical emergency. My mended mind, honestly. I saw Greg for assistance with returning to exercise and to help me reduce, not stop, my alcohol consumption. I have not missed a day of exercise and I have stopped drinking alcohol every day out of boredom and habit. I'll admit I was a bit sceptical going in but I needed help and I certainly got it. A few months ago I was diagnosed with "complex and significant" PTSD. To say my life at that point was highly dysfunctional would be an understatement. It was f***ing insane. After four sessions with Greg, I've gone from regular knock-out panic attacks, constant hypervigilance, fear of men being "in my space" and extended medical leave from work, to being back at work and functional again! I feel safe in my own body and home, for the first time in a long time. I have a sense of agency and control again. I'm no longer hypervigilant, terrified of men, or at the mercy of random constant triggers. Greg 100% helped me get my life back. I suffered with anxiety and crippling headaches all my life. After seeing every medical specialist under the sun with no relief I was becoming hopeless. I came to Greg originally as I felt like I was in a massive rut in my life. Normally I have been a motivated person but out of nowhere I have lost all motivation - This concerned me as I was doing very well in my career and this now lack of motivation was effecting excelling in my career. I did the sleeptalk program with Emily and I'm blown away with the changes I've seen in my 9yo daughter. She always seemed so nervous and anxious over everything, she had no friends and hated school. Within the first week of doing the process, her teacher asked us what we were doing as she was actually participating in class and hadn't cried all week. 9 weeks on and She is so much more calmer now, and she seems so happy within herself.. she has made a couple of close friends and has gained confidence. She even wants to try a new sport next term, which prior to doing this process was out of the cards. I cannot recommend Emily enough.
