The doctors here might be great but if so they are badly let down by administration. I booked via hotdoc which seemed very efficient. It asked that since I was a new patient would I fill in the new patient form. I did. You even sign it. Most impressive. Prompt acknowledgement. A reminder the next day sayin I should be early since I was a new patient. I was early. Asked to cill in form on arrival. I should have asked why but i didnt. I took the form back to the desk - and waited. And waited. I was sitting right in front of reception for an hour. Read the sign which advised how to limit waiting times - be aware appt is dor 15 mins etc. Noone bothered to inquire why I had been there so long. Perhaps they are used to freeloaders drinking the airconditioning in the hot months. After the hour, I approached the desk explaining that I had a husband and a small dog walking up and down waiting. But I had not been put on the system. Doctor had left. Hopeless admin.

Disappointed. 1st scenario. Went and check in 15 mins before check up schedule.After more than an hour,I was asked if i was for appointment/check up.They check and realize I was not on list, and was refer to other doctor who is available. 2. 2nd scenario, I went for check up for my other son, the doctor said they will call us for the result of the findings because they will refer it to the specialist.Waited for a month but nothig heard from them. Went again to follow up. Then found no record of my son on their system. 3rd scenario. Booked personally for my husband check up for nxt week. Only to find out not on the booking list during the schedule check up.

Arrive to my appointment 15mins early in the morning. Get in to see doctor 20mins after appointment time. Spent about 5mins in room to get a script printed and a medical cert. Get charged $77 which is the 20min fee, not the 6min or under fee.

One doctor there was inappropriate. Another took 2 months to fill out a form. The office staff don't know whats going on. The doctors won't discuss a problem unless you book and pay for an appointment.
