Blake was able to do the first service on my caravan and he did a great job! He was very approachable and answered all my questions . As a new van owner, finding someone to trust by booking through the internet can be a bit overwhelming but Blake's knowledge of the required tasks and ability to complete them in the arranged timeframe suited me very well. Had problems with Jayco Penguin cables , wires broken, not only did Blake take our call on a Sunday he organised a time convenient to us on the Monday for us to leave our van whilst he worked on it , we were given a quote for the work needed. On return next day there were a few tiny issues with new cables ,Blake worked tirelessly until all ironed out , cost was within quote originally given. Our caravan suffered a little on a trip from Boodjamulla (Lawn Hill) NP along Riversleigh Road. Blake responded on Sunday afternoon, quickly and expertly fixing them all. The best was when he identified a problem with my Thetford fridge no-one else could fix. Great to be able to operate on battery once again. Any more problems then I would gladly drive all the way to Mount Isa to have Blake fix it. Blake starts by asking questions to determine the history of the problem, when it started, how it worked before. Careful analysis then straight to the solution. Time is money saved.
