Mowtow supported me with insurance provided roadside assistance and towed my bike from breakdown location to motorcycle repairer. After arranging for this and a half hour wait, I received a friendly call that they would pick up in half an hour, which they did. The very friendly service person capably manoeuvred and secured the bike for transport and delivery to the repairer. He had a very personable manner and was very capable. The service was truely impressive.

Recently, a Saturday, I became stranded after hitting a huge pothole which buckled and fractured my front rim. I contacted MoTow straight away, Kim and Ryan dispatched their on call staff without hesitation. With the addition of providing storage over the weekend for my ride due to business closures till Monday I couldn't ask for more. Absolutely outstanding service while being empathetic to my situation. Communications throughout was second to none. If you're ever in a bind MoTow would be my first call always!!
