Went for a quote for 10 minuets work $250. that's well over a 1000.00 dollars an hour which is what I've been told. he charges now I have proof.

Whilst the staff were well mannered and tried to be helpful I suggest you DO NOT take your car there for any air conditioning issues. I left my car there for the day for them to investigate my intermittent air conditioning- $300 they charged me and my car had EXACTLY the same problem when I drove off. In fact I had NO air conditioning. I rang to advise of this- spoke to Danielle, Adam, saying I was not at all impressed about losing $300 for no gain. They suggested it was now most likely another problem (electrical) and if I brought it back in they would further investigate. I mentioned several times my lack of confidence in them given my previous experience- and most importantly that I didn’t want to lose any more money on a “wild goose chase” should they not know their stuff. I was assured there would be no further charges unless a part, or fix, was required. So another day on the car and another bill. Two bookings, $350 in total, no improvement, no reduced bill. Couldn’t trust them.

Travelling through Grafton from Brisbane and the car suffered a collapsed wheelbearing late in the afternoon. Trevor and the lads stayed back late to fix the vehicle and also provided a report on other issues which will need attention. Great service, I can't thank them enough for getting us back on the road as quickly as possible.

Amazing Service !!! What a godsend this company was to us!!! We decided to have a day trip to Grafton to do some Op shopping and as soon as we got to South Grafton our car engine light came on and started chugging madly. We turned on the round about and low and behold we saw Motortorque and pulled straight in. We could see that they were very busy, however they still able to identify what was wrong with our car give us a quote and squeeze us into their already bus day. The office lady was able to order the parts needed and have them delivered within half an hour. We arrived just after 10.00am and were driving home by 2.00pm the same day!! They offered to Drive us to the Local Shopping Centre and Pick us up if needed. We declined and decided to walk around the town and explore the Op Shops which were near by. They also gave us professional advice on future repairs that may be needed in the future to advise our own local mechanic. If I could give a rating of 10 I most definitely would
