We understand that sometimes you may be dissatisfied with your session, as such we offer the option to terminate your booking within the first 15 minutes of service with a full refund, OR alternatively rebook your original service within the first 15 minutes to a different therapist at a later date without additional charge.

We require at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will not be able to provide refunds or reschedule your appointment if less notice is given. In the case of a No Show your held credit card will be charged 50% of your original total booking service cost. This fee may be waived at Mor Thai’s sole discretion in the case of genuine extenuating circumstances.
