Went to the Central Coast for the weekend and went to Montaze as I usually do when visiting love this shop wish they were in Sydney

The layout and products were really nice although prices were unreasonable. Myself and my sister in our early twenties didn’t even get a look off the two staff members at the Erina shop who were standing there gossiping. Three other middle aged ladies got greeted and asked if they need help and we just kept getting stared at. We are hard workers looking to spend money but after that snobby horrible treatment we just wanted to leave. As we were walking past them to go we said Thankyou bye and they just looked us up and down and didn’t say anything. Horrible and snobby customer service I don’t recommend any young person to shop here you won’t get their time of day and feel incredibly unwelcome and like you don’t belong there.

Extremely disappointed the staff was gossiping behind the counter about other women and talking about them in a degrading manner, They were talking about other people by name and talking about other businesses in a negative manner and it felt like being back in high school. I wanted to buy a few things but I was so horrified at the things they were saying I left, Kindness would go along the way would never shop here again

Being a Camilla fan, I walked in with an ice cream and was promptly asked to leave! I had just been given Christmas money so they lost any potential sale. Then and in the future. Rude and foolish. I’m a grown woman and am not in the habit of dropping my food! The woman needs to learn diplomacy
