i am absolutely disgusted in this place do NOT go there. I took my daughters iPad up for a screen repair everything else working fine, when I went to pick up my iPad they told me he had broken the wiring on the home button so it was no longer a finger ID he had changed the screen from white to black and that feature was no longer available due to it being broken! I was not happy with this so I wanted it fixed at their cost, they sent it back to Head office (which mind u customers cannot contact them apart from email which they fail to reply to all the time) they then rang me a week later saying it can’t be fixed and that the staff member is now saying he didn’t break it!!!!! i finally heard back from head office and they said they would take over and to take it back so I did, and then 2 weeks later then say it can’t be fixed and it was never their fault in the begining! well why did the staff say he broke it and they would fix it and now I’m left with a broken iPad which they broke.

Extremely rude owner, I am sad I even went to this shop. There wasn't an option for zero ststs as they do not deserve even one star. I got a screen guard for my daughter's phone fixed by them for $60. The guard began to peel off as soon we walked away from the store. When we brought this to the young Asian man's attention, he blamed it on us and started shouting. He was extremely rude and insulting and spoiled our afternoon. Please stay away from this dodgy store.

Mobile experts Charlestown what a horrific experience. The manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I came back today for the third time to have my phone looked at after two faulty fixes (screen had white lines all through it, then was completely blue in complexion and most recently it just completely clicks off and the entire screen hangs off my phone) I came in asking him to check it.. just to check and he was so rude smacking my phone around mumbling to himself and then saying “fine- go” to me as he slightly chucked my phone towards me. I asked him to be careful and to please be kind as this is my third visit and the phone still isn’t working properly and this is when he began to yell and tell me to get out of the store. I wasn’t even asking for it to be replaced just looked at and he just kept telling me to go away. Then I asked for the manager and he said I’m the manager now get out of my store so rudely and continued to yell who knows what! WORST EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO

Did a dodgy repair, knew that they couldn't do a proper repair, and then lied about it afterwards and said it was my fault. They also lied to Fair Trading so that they wouldn't have to give a refund. Best to avoid.
