I would highly recommend MLL service Coffs Harbour. From the first contact with Louise in the office who promptly organised an inspection and kept me updated on the date and time for service delivery, to Mark who was so professional in installing the Airconditioning unit, to Chris the sparky who promptly followed up with connections. The added bonus was this company deal with Mitsubishi heavy industry Airconditioning which comes highly rated by Choice magazine. I could not have been happier with the service I received.

Both Mark and Louise were very helpful in discussing the replacement design and practical installation process for our domestic air conditioning. Louise provided the timeline for the work to proceed and Mark arrived at the appropriate time and carried out his work in a most professional manner. Work was completed on time and we were walked through the operational process to our great satisfaction. MLL was a very professional and personal business and we would be very happy to utilise them again, if needed.

This is the second time I have used MLL Services for a multi unit installation at our holiday rental townhouse in Coffs Harbour. Don’t bother with any other company for air conditioning. We cannot express our gratitude to them for their speedy service and installation. Mark and Louise really care about their customers. Mark and Darren left both inside and out spotless you wouldn’t know they had been there. Seriously don’t bother with the rest.

Researching local retailers I decided to return to MLL Services for their complete immediate installation with no different third party agencies delays. Sale, Delivery, Installation and Payment all covered by Warranty. The outside unit was tailer finished no gaping conduit exposing service plumbing and raised from the ground on a platform of none rust material as I preferred not to have the unit installed on wall brackets 10 out of 10 for ascetics. The interior unit was placed where it would be best effective, after an alternative discussion and professional advise with Mark and his Associate, thank you boys for an excellent job done.
