Have not heard a reply since I sent a message. I have checked my spam/junk folder and nothing there. Obviously MLink doesn't want my business. His/her loss is note worthy.

About a week or so ago, I sent a message to MLink inquiring about a quote to repair my phone. About a week or so later, no answer. I would not recommend this repairer.

What was meant to be a simple screen repair for an iPhone has become a nightmare. Phone is no longer usable and was only meant to have a screen replaced. Repairer became aggressive and rude when we went in for a full refund which he had promised on another review yet had no intention of honouring and only said that to look like he was trying to help and be nice after destroying my daughter's phone. Was told by genuine repairer that not only was their work subpar but some of the worst they've seen. Don't waste your money here. It'll cost you more in the end.
