I have done a few of the aqua classes with Bec as the instructor and she is great, so energetic and friendly. Such a fun, all over body workout!

I have been using Mingara One Fitness for many years, and while their facilities are excellent, the system they use for gym membership/personal training sessions is not, and it is easy to end up with direct debits you do not know about. Then if you apply for a refund for sessions that could never have been used due to serious injury/surgery, they will not refund anything (even if presented with medical certificates). This happened to my wife in 2016. This is contrary to the NSW Fair Trading Fitness Industry Code of Practice and is not good enough for a Community Club.
