I have had a very good experience using Milner Constructions for the Insurance claim on my home at 106 Talford Street. Dealings with the insurance company and Asbestos company were difficult at times and I would like to commend Tara for the way she professionally handled these matter and brough them to a satisfactory conclusion through quite a long period of delays I also appreciated talking to the one person who had their finger on the pulse each time I had a query rather than several different people, which is so often the experience now, when you are trying to resolve an issue or gain some information . Having to explain everything a number of times to several people leads to long delays and confusion Milner Construction is lucky to have Tara as their office manager

We had new landing, stairs, railings and concrete installed. We found this company to be very helpful, and responsive to our needs and special requirements. We are really happy with the end-result, which will aid safety and independence. The work also looks attractive, and suits the house perfectly.

I am writing to highly recommend a local building group..Milner Constructions, who recently completed a job for us in Pacific Heights. Our BBQ area roof was rusted, and they came and removed and replaced it for us. Firstly the quote was very reasonable, they kept us informed as to when the materials could arrive, and then always arrived on time when they stated they were coming to do the job. It was not a straight forward job, as it had a pitched roof over the centre, and required careful work to cut out the flashings. All done to an extremely high standard. The men cleaned up and removed all the rubbish each day, leaving the place spotless. Very happy to engage this group again.

Poor quality work and terrible customer service, would not recommend that anyone use this company. Work was not completed as we requested and they had no interest in completing any follow up.
