Milk & honey The wig I received wasn’t of the same standard as the review by a supposed buyer on their website showed. It didn’t sit on the head the same and my head isn’t a large one to cause issues. The wig didn’t look anywhere near as cool or nice as their photos. Not convincing at all. The review by another alleged satisfied customer I watched on YouTube was a far cry from what I received. The item I bought came in a cheap black faux velour bag instead of the nice shiny satin one in the video. The people who sent my purchase to me shoved it in a postage bag and didn’t even bother to peel the sticky tape of the seal strip to ensure it was enclosed safely. Anyone could have opened the mail bag and messed with my product, stolen it or it could have fallen out. The company communicated to me with their actions that they don’t value the customer. I haven’t used the wig and I won’t be. I wouldn’t recommend this company. The only reason I’m rating with a 3 is because delivery was fast.

Huge ✅✅✅✅✅ to Grace and the team at Milk and Honey Gosford. My daughter’s first salon experience ahead of important birthday celebrations this weekend left her a bit overwhelmed when the colour wasn’t what she had envisioned. The original job was done without fault, just not what my daughter had thought it was going to be. Grace invited us to come back in, go over what was worrying my daughter and solved the issue straight away. Great job! Thanks so much for taking the time with her.

The ladies working here were extremely helpful and accommodating with appointment times. They are very welcoming as soon as you walk in. I was very happy with my cut and am looking forward to more treatments with Milk & Honey.
