DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE - They are not nice people to deal with. Purchased a Phantom XT RC car for my son. After 10 minutes the knuckle arm broke and bolt wouldnt stay in as the thread is stripped in the plastic. Drove back to the store, spent 40 minutes arguing with Dylan the store manager about a refund. In the end had to pay to have it repaired. Up and running again and next day the motor started grinding, found it was the gear cogs shredded. Spoke to Dylan again who said he can repair at our cost but won't refund as its a wear and tear item (its 2 days old) Argued for 20 minutes on the phone and got nowhere, Dylan is very very good at saying that he understands your frustration but will not answer any questions or refund. He is insistent that the car be returned to the manufacturer for a refund, but refuses to refund the $293 himself.

With a back ground in retail and hospitality, I value great service and product knowledge very highly. Every time I visit Midtown hobbies the owner and staff always excel at what they do with out fail. Their knowledge of products they stock and in general towards the RC industry is second to none. It's refereshing to enter a store to be greeted by a genuin smile and a eagerness to provide the best and accurate service possible. Cheers to Midtown hobbies and their staff
