Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral to make an appointment?

You do not need a referral to see a psychologist – you have the option to make an appointment directly with us without obtaining a referral from your GP or a psychiatrist. In this case, you will be responsible for paying the full session fee. If you wish to explore your eligibility for a referral under a Mental Health Treatment Plan, we recommend that you consult with your GP or a psychiatrist

What services do you provide?

At Midpoint Psychology, we provide individual therapy sessions conducted face-to-face in our consultation rooms, or via telehealth. This one-on-one approach aims to help individuals struggling with various mental health difficulties or life challenges to build insight, manage symptoms and facilitate change.
