I emailed this business today to find out a quote to store a car, the website clearly says they DO store cars ... the respondent tells me they DON'T store cars .. I suggest they remove that detail from their website ... he then replies by saying "Ok I will reword this for you, we don’t have anything currently available." so - I'm confused. Upon calling head office to suggest a brush up in customer skills there's no chance of speaking to the owner and old mate there is not so pleasant either, upon losing my cool he hangs up on me. Fair enough. I call back to find out once and for all if they do or do not store cars and am met with questions like ' what do you do for a living' ??? . say what ? ... I then simply ask for a rough quote on how much it might be to store a car there IF a space was available; then he starts asking me if Id called anyone else and if I'm shopping around for different prices !? what the ? glad I'm not storing my car there to be honest, something odd is going on.

I think there is he said she said here. Firstly, (1) it was explained we do store cars outside * Conditions Apply. (2) We didn't have storage for a car in a unit at the time of the call. it was explained we don't do cars in unit because of damage to cars and units, roller doors tracks etc. (3) a price could not be given as there was nothing available, (4) yes the call was ended after explaining the same thing over and over, our staff will not be spoken to by foul mouth people who cannot be reasoned with.

Always helpful, no problems ... able to arrange to meet our removalists and expand our storage to suit the size of what they brought.
