We recently moved into our beautiful new home built by the team at MNC Drafting and Construction. The whole process from design to build was an absolute dream! You could not find anyone better to work with than Tim. He is such a nice guy and was in constant communication with us. Nothing was too minor or too difficult. Dave's brilliant engineering mind was invaluable in the design process, and again he was such a pleasure to work with. Sam and all the builders are always friendly and professional, and it was a pleasure going onsite and seeing them all. When speaking to other trades, everyone speaks very highly of them and loves working with them, which is the biggest compliment coming from their colleagues. We had very specific design requirements for this build and the team were open and honest about the best way to achieve our goals. They provided us with good insight into the cost of different design choices and materials, along with helpful suggestions of how we could achieve similar results in other ways. They communicated clearly throughout the whole build and delivered a high-quality house. Finally, I must mention that the build was fast! Tim and the team made the whole process run like clockwork, as one as one trade left the next was ready to start. This meant we didn’t have to wait long once we saw the first stage begin.

We recently had extensions done on our house by Mid North Coast Drafting & Construction. From the first meeting with Tim where we showed him our plans to the finished product, we have been extremely happy with the service we received. From the initial planning to making the final adjustments to suit the block and the design I wanted. Although still in the building process I'm sure they'll continue the same through to completion. Even better the second time!! We were lucky enough to have MNC Constructions do an amazing renovation for us in 2020. We moved in on 19th December and loved everything about our house due to the care and detail MNC did with the Reno’s. Unfortunately our downstairs was affected by flooding in March 2021, which was heartbreaking, but we were able to secure MNC to do the rebuild. Tim, Ben, Sam and Dave and the rest of their team of tradies were supportive, listened to our ideas on how we could protect our property from future floods and provided solutions and a plan for us to get the repairs done. The redo was completed on time and within budget. Cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, accessibility and responsiveness and quality of their work. Our disaster definitely had a silver lining.

Thanks to the team at MNC Drafting and Construction I now have the most beautiful home. They were fantastic to deal with. Tim and Dave were in regular contact with me throughout the build. They were very organised and allowed me plenty of time and notice to make each decision. I was free to add my own style and choose pieces that I liked from different suppliers, sometimes to their inconvenience. Yet, they were always calm, patient and more than happy to work with me to create exactly what I wanted. When I came onto site with the builders, everyone was happy and clearly loving what they do. The quality and finish of their work is exceptional. I have no hesitations in recommending MNC Drafting to any potential clients for small and large jobs.

Wow what more can I say but 5 star service, expertise, advice, workmanship, communication and always met with a kind and courteous team from MNC Drafting and Construction. Tim, the owner, was always checking in and overseeing the different trades throughout the remodel of our bathrooms, toilet and laundry. We are extremely happy and in love with our new home and would highly recommend Tim and his team to anyone looking to build or remodel their existing home.
