Mick is extremely overpriced charging over $500 for install for a 2.5 hour install of a basic hot water system. Save you money and go elsewhere.

Mick dropped around to our place and swapped our old hot water system with a new one in a short amount of time. Very cost-effective and highly recommended

We've used their services 3 times now, from cistern and toilet replacements to hot water tank valves. Always on time, worked quickly and expertly. We wouldn't use anyone else.
