Amazing service! Had to go through Mick's as our air-con was under warranty. So easy to deal with and went above and beyond to have it working by Christmas!

Nothing nice to say about this business. They quoted me a price to fix my air con. When I spoke to the lady on the phone she was rude as. In the end I got it done for $400 cheaper with the same parts. Never again. Will telling all my friends.

We recently had come in and have a look at our air conditioner that decided to stop working to our office. Not only was he able to come a day earlier than expected, but he got in, got the job done and was gone in minimal time. He was very knowledgeable, well presented and we are now enjoying the ice cold aircon on some very hot days.

Micks service was fast, efficient and friendly. There was a problem with our air conditioner, and not only did he find the problem fast, he just so happened to have the needed part to fix it. Would most definitely recommend him.

Just recently (December) we received the best customer service we have had in a long time. We called Mick on a Monday to quote on having two new air conditioner units installed, and by Wednesday 3pm we were enjoying the comfort of our nice cool home, and what a great job they did! The team went above all my expectations and even when they had to go through an internal wall and crawl under the house. Id highly recommend them all, and i will use again.

We have had Mick out a few times now. First was during the floods on 2011, Mick actually came out on a Sunday, since due to the water, he couldn't get there on Saturday. He was prompt, courteous and explained all the ins and outs of what he was doing and how he came to the conclusion he did (our fridge was stuffed). Since then he has looked at one of our air conditioners - it needed a new capacitor. He fixed this up on site. Overall we are extremely happy with the service and charging rates, of Mick and Tammy.
