Enjoyed the whole stay at Mercure on the Gold Coast. No hassles and all the staff from front office to cleaners were super friendly and helpful. They even smiled.

This hotel is a hidden oasis. We were there for a very short time but it was very clean and the rooms were well appointed but unfortunately, a little dated. Great facility. Should have brought the golf clubs!

Very nice hotel, had a lot of fun with my partner. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel so very welcome. Can definitely say one of the nicest place to stay on the GC. Glad we came.

I have been to several conferences here and I love that it is not too close to the GC nightlife but not too far. I find because it is a taxi fare to Surfers & Broadbeach that all my colleagues stay at the resort and we get to catch up (the whole point of the conference). I have stayed in Surfers and Broadbeach and everyone just scatters.
