What can we expect in a session?

Therapy sessions can look a lot like play depending on how old your child is. Kids learn the best when they’re having fun so we aim for sessions to be fun and engaging whilst targeting your child’s needs. Sessions always include a check in to see how the week/fortnight has been, activities that target your child’s unique communication profile and homework until the next session.

Lakeside Kids Speech Pathology provides services to Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and surrounds. Alecia is our therapist and can see NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan managed. We provide paediatric speech pathology services to children of all ages including toddlers, pre-schoolers and school aged children. Therapy services can be provided at home, in the community and/or via telehealth on the internet.
