Rick Gabriel Brendan & Steve recently completed a fantastic bathroom renovation for us that we couldn’t be happier with. Old school fussy tradesmen with incredible attention to detail. Neat, tidy & courteous, and graciously involved me in the process. Renovations to a near 100 years old timber house has its challenges, because nothing is square or plumb. They overcame these challenges with a no fuss attitude, with suggestions to improve on the ideas that I had. Steve’s tiling skills are second to none, even a super fussy person like myself cannot fault anything. I will be getting them back in the near future for a laundry renovation and I am sure the finished product will be up to their usual high standard.

We have had the pleasure of working with Brendan and Steve on a number of projects in our home. The latest being renovating our two bathrooms. From the very first moment they entered our home and spoke with us nothing was impossible for them. My expectations were high, and I tested them with requests out of the ordinary to which they delivered to the highest standard. I cannot recommend both Brendan and Steve enough for the workmanship and dedication they displayed whilst working in our home. I would also like to thank Jack, Rylie and Callum for their part in the projects these guys take every care whilst assisting Brendan and Steve to ensure we as the customer we happy with the final result. We have engaged McGrath Builders & Associates in the building and management services of several major contracts over the past 8 years from a significant amenities building to major cabin renovating and more recently cabin manufacture and installation to site. Brendon has overseen these projects to an extremely high standard liaising with Council, multiple trades and drafting services with ease. I am truly grateful for the beautiful home Brendan and Steve McGrath and team had built for me. It is Hampton Country Cottage look, with a verandah that is just perfect for me. The bedrooms are spacious, plenty of storage space and the house is very well built. 👌 Thank you for the time and effort you put into my dream home.
