We are presently in Mudgee on a caravan trip. The wife & I went to McDonalds in Mudgee the other day for morning tea, we placed our order then went to sit at a table— it was dirty, the seat had food crumbs so we had to clean the table and the seat before we could sit down. On the door as you enter is a sign "place your order sit down we will serve you". The girl on the coffee machine called out that our teas were ready, we had to get up and serve ourselves while a group off staff standing in the cooking area corner were talking to a workmate. Others were treated the same, we went to other Mac's on this trip, service was great. We are still in Mudgee but have not gone back BAD SERVICE.
