Maylake Properties Pty Ltd is a Gold Coast based property company with the head office located in Kay House, Southport. Maylake was founded in 1997 by Leonid Eshchenko and remains a family business to this day. Our management team is led by Chief Executive Officer Lorraine Lovatt who has over 40 years of experience in the property industry and has been with the company since in July 1999. Our commitment to the local community is evident with Lorraine volunteering her time and experience for both the business and charitable communities. Lorraine is currently on the Board of the Southport Chamber of Commerce in the capacity of Vice President. Lorraine as ambassador with Maylake, is proud to support our local Gold Coast Community supporting a number of charities.
