No support to find work, once you have found work, they continually hound you, even ring you the first day of a new position at the time you start, no forward thinking or consideration for their clients

During the current covid19 pandemic, for the first time in my life I found myself without employment. I was linked with MAX Shellharbour and have been disappointed. Despite exceeding my job app requirements, I have had even more stress put on me by these incompetent folk who schedule appointments for me and then dont even call and result my appointment as did not attend. Despite me trying to call them on their service line and not being able to get through at all despite holding for hours. This system doesn't work, and these people along with most employment providers both jobactive and DES are money hungry and just simply don't care. Have provided zero support and zero value to my job search efforts.

Staff were polite, friendly, helpful.
