I had a very poor experience with Maurice Blackburn lawyers at Domain Central Townsville. The solicitor did Not inform me of the outcome of my case although he recieved information on the 26/06/2020. I went to their office on 27/08/2020 and was informed of the decision. I Dont know when he intended to tell me. I had rung and had spoken to his secretary approximately Two weeks prior about health information which she said she would pass onto the solicitor. When I asked him Why he hadn't informed me, he responded he was busy. He also said I still had FOUR and half weeks out of the Allocated Three months. He told me he hadn't been paid for my case , so that in my view was important to him. I felt Gutted. He had, I believed aware of the distress and ill health i had experienced through my case. Maurice Blackburn speaks of ''.Fairness and looking after the average man" I would Definitely NOT recommend Maurice Blackburn Domain Townsville.
