Matthew replaced my headlight and taillight globes while I was in the carpark at work. He also gave me great advice on replacing the radiator fans. I found Matthew both knowledgable and thorough and will be using him in the future. Thank you Matthew.

I needed an emergency repair at a time when Matt was heavily booked, and as a new customer he could easily have said ‘sorry, busy’. However he somehow squeezed me in and solved my issue. He certainly went the extra mile for someone he’d never met before. On top of that, he diagnosed my mechanical problem and did a top notch repair job for a very reasonable cost. I cannot recommend Matt more strongly, not only for the job, but also his attitude and integrity.

A company with staff that not only have full expertise but a superb level of customer service. We were staying in Coffs and had car issues the day before we needed to leave. We were fitted in for 'a look' in between other booked jobs solely to see if Matt COULD help narrow the non-start problem down to one area. The problem was identified in about 5 minutes (his expertise and experience) and part sourced as quickly (good contacts and rapport with supply companies). They clearly explained our options and the cost of each, but never pressured us into a particular choice. Part was collected by them, brought back to the car and installed within their expected time. Top level service and knowledge and compassion for individual circumstances. Very much appreciated and could not fault any part of the interaction.

I recently broke down in Coffs Harbour on a long weekend public holiday. After trying to call a few mechanics and tow trucks, I tried the mobile mechanics, leaving messages with everyone I called. Matt was one of them. Matt called me back (and the only one to call me back). I was explaining my situation and then asked if I could FaceTime him so I could show him exactly what happened. He went above and beyond to help me, and after working out what the problem was Matt asked me where exactly where I had broken down which was close to another local mechanic in the area. Matt reassured me that I was in good hands. I was stuck in Coffs Harbour for a few days and Matt would check in to see how everything was going and even went to the local mechanic shop for me. He seriously went above and beyond to help me in my situation. I cannot recommend Matt enough. Thank you
